and enriching programs throughout the Southwest.

 


Backstage Tours

Radamisto MaskSee the remarkable process for how an opera production comes together on our comprehensive, "behind-the-scenes" tour that includes many of our production and front-of-house areas. Daily tours for the 2014 season are offered at 9 am daily, Monday through Friday, June 2 through August 22, 2014.

The one-hour tour is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors and free for children and young adults up to age 22. Comfortable dress and footwear are recommended. Tours start at the box office and reservations are not needed.

Opera Insider Days

On Saturdays (May 31 - August 23, 2014), Opera Guild members welcome guests at 8:15 am with coffee and muffins. At 8:45 am, enjoy learning about a particular area or opera related craft from an opera insider. A complimentary backstage tour follows. A special family component is offered to those families with small children. Meet at the box office, no reservations required, event is free.

RANCH TOURS

An extended tour of the grounds, known as the "Opera Ranch," is offered at 10:00 am on the last Friday of June and July and August 22, 2014, with a "Meet the Artist" component. The Ranch Tour is $12 - if combined with a Backstage Tour, cost is $20. Meet at the box office, no reservations required.
