The Opera Cantina: Heart of Our Art
The creative "nerve center" of the Opera, our Cantina was originally built to offer simple meals to a 300-member company more than 30 years ago. Today, this modest facility serves as meeting place and eatery for more than 700 company members during the day—and it provides dinner every performance night for the 150 patrons who attend our always-sold-out Preview Buffets. With your help, we can raise the $3 million needed to build a new, fully accessible Cantina to better serve our artists, staff and dinner guests.
