Duties/Responsibilities: The Plant Operations Manager (POM) is responsible for maintaining the grounds and buildings, and including water treatment plant, security systems, and owned/leased vehicles. Include supervision of all associated staff. He/she works closely with the Production Director (PD), General Director and Facilities committee of the Board of Directors to evaluate the maintenance, repair and capital needs of the Opera’s physical plant.
