Santa Fe, NM – The esteemed Santa Fe artist behind the festival season posters in 2012-2015, Dan Namingha creates another visual landscape for the Opera’s 62nd season. This year he presents Autumn at Otowi Pass. A member of the Tewa-Hopi tribe, Mr. Namingha has won world-wide acclaim for his work, which captures his relationship with the earth and the spirit of his ancenstry. More of his works are on view at Niman Fine Art Gallery in Santa Fe.

The mission of The Santa Fe Opera is to advance the operatic art form by presenting ensemble performances of the highest quality in a unique setting with a varied repertory of new, rarely performed, and standard works; to ensure the excellence of opera’s future through apprentice programs for singers, technicians, and arts administrators; and to foster and enrich an understanding and appreciation of opera among a diverse public.
