Dear Ticket Holders for Cancelled Evenings,

Due to air quality concerns, the August 12 performance of Eugene Onegin, August 11 performance of Rodelinda and the August 10 performance of Madama Butterfly were cancelled.

We would like to provide you with several options regarding your ticket purchases for these cancelled performances:

You may exchange your ticket(s) for another evening within our 2026 Season.
You may exchange your ticket(s) for another evening within our 2027 Season.
You may donate your ticket(s) as a tax-deductible charitable contribution to the Santa Fe Opera.
We are able to refund you for the face value of your ticket(s) to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be processed.
We are able to provide a Gift Certificate for the face value of your ticket(s).

We are processing requests in order of urgency. If you would like to exchange your tickets for a fast-approaching performance date, please call the Box Office at 505-986-5900. Due to the high volume of requests, we ask for your patience during this challenging time.

Our season ends Saturday, August 29, 2026. If we do not hear from you by this time, the face value of your tickets will become a charitable contribution to the Santa Fe Opera.

Our Box Office hours are Monday-Saturday 9 am – 5 pm and through the first intermission on performance evenings.
