Celebrate the holiday season at the Santa Fe Opera’s Winter Gala. Enjoy an unforgettable night of fine dining, spirited company and a special performance, all in support of the Santa Fe Opera’s Apprentice Programs. For 70 years, this cornerstone initiative has nurtured the next generation of singers and technicians, providing unparalleled training and stage experience. Your presence helps sustain these vital programs. Together, we will celebrate the artistry that defines the Santa Fe Opera and the vibrant community that makes it all possible.

Tickets: $1,000, $2,500 and $5,000 per person.
Tables of 10: $10,000, $25,000 and $50,000 levels.

Opening Weekend Celebration
Summer in Santa Fe begins with music in the mountains, the thrill of live performance and the joy of gathering. The Santa Fe Opera opens its 2027 Season on July 2, 2027. Create your weekend experience! Guests are welcome to choose events individually or embrace the full weekend. Complimentary with any reservation, join us for an exclusive backstage tour that offers a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the Santa Fe Opera.
Friday, July 2 – Opening Night Dinner – O’Shaughnessy Hall at the Santa Fe Opera
Begin the season with an elegant dinner artfully catered by Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado, featuring special insights into Turandot before its opening night performance.
Saturday, July 3 – Opening Night Dinner – Dapples Pavilion at the Santa Fe Opera
Continue the opening weekend celebration with a lively preperformance gathering inspired by The Barber of Seville. An evening of good company, festive dining and special touches sets the stage for the night’s performance.
Sunday, July 4 – Garden Brunch
Close the weekend with a beloved tradition, bringing together artists of the 2027 Season and Santa Fe Opera guests for an elegant garden brunch. A relaxed and intimate opportunity to mingle with the artists who bring the season to life.

Summer Gala
The evening begins with a spirited cocktail reception, followed by a seated three-course dinner in Stieren Orchestra Hall. Each gala ticket includes premier seating at the Apprentice Concert in the Crosby Theatre featuring the Santa Fe Opera Orchestra. The celebration concludes with a lively late-night gathering featuring dancing, live music, and sweet-and-savory delights.
All proceeds support the Apprentice Programs that are the foundation of the company’s future and a vital part of each season. More than 130 exceptional young singers and theater technicians receive intensive, hands-on training, gaining the professional experience that launches meaningful careers. Your support ensures their talent continues to thrive.
