Curb to seat service
Ushers are available starting two hours before performances begin to assist patrons in getting from the Box Office to their seats. Mobility aids that cannot be stored safely within the patron's seating area will be stored outside the theatre as close as possible to the patron's seat.
Designated accessible parking for vehicles bearing valid Department of Motor Vehicles (MVD) disability parking placards or license plates is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
All entrances to the theatre, gift shop, and dining areas are accessible. We have two elevators, house right and left, which operate between orchestra (level 1), front gate entrance (level 2), loge (level 3), and mezzanine (level 4). There is an additional elevator on house left to provide entrance to our Stieren Orchestra Hall in which our pre-show Prelude Talks take place.
Please note: The elevator on house right does not provide access to the mezzanine (level 4).
