Step into a night of passion, pride, and tradition as the Mariachi Extravaganza celebrates its 25th Anniversary from spectacular vistas of the Santa Fe Opera on August 30, 2025. For a quarter-century, this signature Fiesta de Santa Fe concert has brought together the very best of mariachi and folklórico, honoring New Mexico’s heritage while inspiring the next generation of talent.

This milestone event features Mariachi Estrella, Mariachi Luna de Plata, and Mariachi Plata, joined by alumni soloists whose artistry has shaped the event’s legacy, Amanda Quintana Bowles, Antonio Reyna, Daniel Jacques, Sarae Alise, Karliz De Marco, Angel Espinoza, and Andrea Michelle. Many of these performers first took the stage as teenagers and now return as celebrated musicians, embodying Fiesta’s commitment to nurturing youth and elevating New Mexico voices on the world stage.

As the music rises, the stage will burst with vibrant energy as Ballet Folklórico dancers from Aspen Santa Fe Ballet swirl in brilliantly colored costumes, their rhythms and movements bringing tradition to life. Together, the music and dance form a cultural showcase recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
